OK. You need a news fast. You get depressed watching and reading this stuff. Go to the library and get a fiction book and read it.

OK OK OK I'm watching Babylon 5 instead.

I've never been as successful at news fasting as you. The only time I was successfully able to turn it off was when I went Walkabout in Northern Canada.
