Oh, they did! Peter Jackson made a 6+ hr. visualization! Won a bunch of academy awards, too!

Seriously though, mortgages should never be allowed to be resold.

I'm also glad to see that the second part of the US stimulus package is looking at helping the homeowners who weren't major risks to keep their homes.

True, and maybe for most other kinds of debt... student loans, credit card debt, auto loans... they're all resold like mortgages down here, and I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
