That looks pretty good. Can I ask a question? In the pros and cons list, one of the cons is that immigrants hurt communities by establishing roots and settling down. I always though that one of the gripes was that guest workers had no real ties to the community and their tranistory nature was bad for residents. Am I misunderstanding that?
