For my English 302 Technical Writing class, we were instructed to find a job listing for a job we'd like to have (or felt qualified for), and then write a resume cover letter targeted to that company/job. Naturally, I selected an IT job in Vancouver.

Please consider me for the GUI Designer position at Agility Group which was advertised on CareerBuilder.ca. I believe that I would be a good fit for this position, bringing to the position over 10 years of New Media design and management experience.

I would like to offer Agility Group my extensive experience in the publishing industry, having managed newspaper websites since the early-1990s.
