Can you name all 48 counties of England?

There are 48 ceremonial counties in England. I was able to do this in 7:35, but I had to cheat. Many of these counties have names you have heard a million times - Bristol, Cheshire, Worcestershire, Berkshire, Nottinghamshire (half the counties in England seem to end in "shire"), Cornwall, Devon, Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent, etc... but this was a challenge to place them geographically.
