This week, I saw something that I have never ever seen in a U.S. food store before: Coffee Crisp!

I was shocked! Coffee Crisp?!?! In the States?!?!?!?

For those of you who don't know (ie., Americans), Coffee Crisp is a Nestlé candy bar that consists of cookie wafers, coffee cream, and is covered in milk chocolate. (Think of a larger Kit Kat, with coffee flavoring and less chocolate, and you'll get the general idea).

Coffee Crisp is the #1 selling candy bar in Canada, and it's absolutely delicious. But I only get to enjoy them when I am in Canada.

That is, until now!

Nestlé is currently test marketing the confection in several select markets in the U.S., and the Seattle area is one of them! Yay!

So, my American friends, repeat after me: "Makes a Nice Light Snack!" "Makes a Nice Light Snack!" "Makes a Nice Light Snack!"
I got my admissions letter for Western Washington University today. I've been accepted to start the fall quarter, which begins September 27.

I'm moving to Bellingham! (Probably at the end of August)

'Bout time I went back to school. And at the closest U.S. university to Vancouver, B.C., no less!
