This is the same picture that caused a <a href= http://mfrost.typepad.com/cute_overload/2006/09/mmmmm_snoutlici.html>big uproar</a> on Cute Overload. I know because Fandom_Wank, which mocks big uproars over little things, <a href= http://www.journalfen.net/community/otf_wank/474575.html linked to it</a>. I'm guessing someone from there dug the picture up again and started sending it around, because even though the original kerfluffle was over whether or not pigs carry E. coli, it's hilariously appropriate for Pig Flu.
Sorry. Can't see a "source: unknown" and leave it as is, not when I know.
